The design of the Cyborg chair is based on an industrial part composed of the four very simple, almost basic, plastic legs, deliberately “not designed” and on a handcrafted “designed” part, the backrest, which can be made of wicker, polycarbonate, solid wood or upholstered with covers in fine fabrics or leather. And tomorrow it could be made of other materials. It is precisely the backrest that dictates the position of the chair
expressive and aesthetic quality. Therefore, an endless design story.
