The Tres collection reflects Nanimarquina's passion for craftsmanship, specifically in homage to the ancient craft of weaving. With this collection, the desire is to rescue the basics, value beauty in the details and respect tradition.

Tres is a traditional Indian flat woven Dhurrie rug. Its unique quality lies in the production of three independent pieces in which different fibers predominate. The proportion and combination of wool, felt and cotton generate changes in tone and irregularities in the weave, bringing the pattern to life.
The collection is an exercise in honesty, showing the weaving structure almost pedagogically, without fear of revealing the warp. The fringes also help to understand the construction process, accentuating the differentiation between the three pieces that end up merging invisibly.

materials :6% Cotton fiber developed from cottonseed husk. Its strength is comparable to that of silk and offers good thermal protection characteristics due to the hollow structure of the fiber. It is usually used to create the warp of rugs.

45% felt The material obtained by pressing the unspun wool fibers, taking advantage of the wool property, has to adhere through the application of steam and pressure. Felt sheets or yarns of different thicknesses can be obtained.

49% New Zealand wool Coming from New Zealand sheep, this quality wool is guaranteed cruelty-free as the sheep were treated with care throughout the wool extraction process. Traditionally, wool is the most used material for rugs. Presenting essential characteristics, wool offers quality, flexibility and is 100% biodegradable. It is hypoallergenic, easy to care for and ages well. In addition, it is considered an excellent thermal and acoustic insulator and also a natural regulator of humidity. Wool rugs help create cozy and comfortable environments.
